The Love & Relationship Wellbeing 5 Interview with Natasha McCrea

1. What is your favourite quote, anecdote, proverb or experience that helps with relationship wellbeing?

Natasha: Love is an action. This phrase is short, sweet and true.  Love lives and breathes. And for healthy thriving relationships we must remember this.

2. What is your top piece of advice for relationship wellbeing?

Natasha: Never give from your cup.  You must give from the overflow that lands in the saucer holding the cup and that means you are giving from an overabundance of love – not out of scarcity or fear. This allows for two full complete individuals to come together and make magic.  If you don’t grasp this concept it is easy to fall into the trap that the other person owes you something or you need them to complete you.  But when this has become a practice the relationship is oh so sweet.

3. What is the one change in the world that you would like to see? (in your area of wellbeing or in the world in general or both)

Natasha: I would like to see a world where Love Intelligence is a household conversation, and love and compassion are taught in schools just like math or english.

4. Which resources (books / websites / videos etc) for relationship wellbeing would you recommend?

Natasha: Some of my favorite books that have helped me along the way with love and relationships.

    • Seven Spiritual Laws of Success
    • The Art of Seduction
    • How to Win Friends and Influence People
    • The Energy of Money
    • Date or Soul Mate
    • Choosing God’s Best
    • Hooked

5. What’s the one thing that always makes you smile?

Natasha: I love any videos that have a cat, dog or baby in them. They fill me up with joy and sometimes so much so that tears of joy well up in my eyes.

One Bonus Question. Is there anything else pertinent you would like to add to the conversation?

Natasha: Love is the foundation to all change.  You must love yourself enough to know that you are connected to every being on this planet. Carrying this thought is very powerful and a great responsibility at the same time.
