They share adventures named after their 3 boys, A, B, & C in their hometown of Kansas City. They hope to inspire people to live a heart healthy life and feel their absolute best!

1. What is your favourite quote, anecdote, proverb or experience that helps with physical wellbeing?
Heath & Nicole: ✨”Make Tomorrow Happen Today”✨ Now is the best time to start those changes you have been hoping! Remember that today was once “tomorrow”. Take actions today to make tomorrow better as you cannot change your past, but you can influence your future by the choices that you make today. Start now and remember your “greatest wealth is your health”! ❤️
2. What is your top piece of advice for physical wellbeing?
Heath & Nicole: Did you know that a sedentary lifestyle greatly increases the risk of mortality due to cardiovascular disease? So, our biggest tip for physical wellbeing is to GET MOVING! Exercise increases your overall health and your sense of wellbeing, and every minute counts toward the goal of at least 150 minutes per week of exercise. Every time you stand up and do something, you’re taking a step in the right direction!
3. What is the one change in the world that you would like to see? (in your area of wellbeing or in the world in general or both)
Heath & Nicole: To change this statistic-“Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.” Heart disease affects 50% of all Americans, and causes more deaths than all cancers combined. The good news is these deaths can be preventable through risk factor modification and better lifestyle choices.

Heath & Nicole: Our three sons (A, B, & C 💙💙💙) and finding random heart shapes while out in nature. ❤️
