Kawanna is an experienced fitness expert and the founder of Trap Bootcamp™.
Kawanna has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry. Having studied an array of fitness solutions, she created a system called Trap Bootcamp™ that works to transform people’s lives who struggle with balance and have a burning desire for a whole transformation to impact every area of their life personalized to their needs.
To Kawanna, trap was more than music but a way of life that everyday people strived to make it through and get out of to live better. Offering trap music as a part of the experience was a way to do something different where people could connect with a resonating message behind the music.
Trap Bootcamp™ provides a unique training experience tailored to the needs of the mind, the body, and spirit that helps people not only lose weight but truly experience an awakening and universal transformation from the inside out.

1. What is your favourite quote, anecdote, proverb or experience that helps with physical wellbeing?
Kawanna: “Life has no limitations, except the ones you make” ~ Les Brown
2. What is your top piece of advice for physical wellbeing?
Kawanna: Living a balanced life is the key to longevity. Enrich your life by experiencing new things that will challenge you to be the best version of yourself. Never become settled into one dimension of yourself, always elevate.
3. What is the one change in the world that you would like to see? (in your area of wellbeing or in the world in general or both)
Kawanna: I would like to normalize mental health screenings for educators and Blue Collar workers after Covid. More people than we know have developed social anxiety disorders. Mental health is the foundation for better customer service and less turnover in the workplace.

These two books are helpful to anyone looking to enhance their physical well being
5. What’s the one thing that always makes you smile?
Kawanna: The one thing that makes me smile is knowing that I am making a difference in people’s lives, every day
