Kent is a mindful living coach & experienced meditation teacher. He has studied both Eastern & Western traditions and travelled the world studying spiritual cultures.
Kent is a certified life coach and has studied hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Enneagram Personality Typology, and learned the healing arts from Master Stephen Co.
He coaches individuals and groups from all backgrounds who wish to be free of suffering, find lasting happiness, and express themselves with authenticity, trust, and love.

Kent: “We dance round in a ring and suppose, But the Secret sits in the middle and knows.” ― Robert Frost
2. What is your top piece of advice for mental wellbeing?
Kent: Let go of what you can’t control and stay present.
3. What is the one change in the world that you would like to see? (in your area of wellbeing or in the world in general or both)
Kent: For people to see that opinions aren’t the truth. Let people have them if they are different from yours and see your similarities rather than the differences.
4. Which resources (books / websites / videos etc) for wellbeing would you recommend?
5. What’s the one thing that always makes you smile?
Kent: My dogs.
