1. What is your favourite quote, anecdote, proverb or experience that helps with mental wellbeing?

Kari: Every morning, look deeply into your own eyes in the mirror, and say these words: “I love you, just the way you are!”

2. What is your top piece of advice for mental wellbeing?

Kari: To be a healthy, happy person, it’s very important to learn how to express, process and release your feelings in healthy ways.

3. What is the one change in the world that you would like to see? (in your area of wellbeing or in the world in general or both)

Kari: The change I would most like to see in the world is for every person to have food and shelter, and know how it feels to be happy, fulfilled and at peace.

Kari:

5. What’s the one thing that always makes you smile?

Kari: The laughter of a happy child always makes me smile!
